Each activity has been designed for you and your family to actively participate. It’s not about observing, but doing:

🐄Become a Dairy Farmer for a Day (Manual Milking): Experience a connection with nature and our farm’s daily routine. Our guides will teach you traditional manual milking techniques for cows and goats while learning about sustainable animal management. (Note: This activity takes place only in the afternoon).
🧀Culinary Traditions (Fresh Cheese and Tortilla Workshop): Following the morning chores, join our workshop to learn firsthand how to transform freshly obtained milk into delicious cheese and how to prepare hand-pressed tortillas over the fire using ancestral methods. (Note: This workshop takes place only in the afternoon).
🫏Farm Animal Encounters & Donkey Rides: For the little ones, we offer smooth and safe rides on our adorable donkeys —enjoy riding Rafa the donkey! or Bonito— along with close interactions with poultry, peccary, calves
🐝Biodiversity & Beekeeping (The World of Native Bees): Embark on a fascinating educational tour along our trails, focusing on the vital role of stingless meliponine bees. Learn about their biology, the types and flavors of their “liquid gold” (medicinal honey), and the plants that nourish these valuable pollinators.

It was an amazing experience! The staff provided outstanding service, and there were so many fun and interesting activities to enjoy. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the place is surrounded by breathtaking nature and home to more than 200 animal species. Every moment brings a new surprise, and you learn so much—especially about how to produce food while protecting and respecting nature. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature, wildlife, and sustainable living!
